1. Who we are

The Frame Fix (theframefix.com, the "service") is operated by The Frame Fix ("we", "us", "our"), based in California. By using the service you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You can reach us at support@theframefix.com.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The service is offered in the United States. It is not available to residents of Illinois, or to anyone using it from Illinois.
• You may upload only photos of yourself. Don't upload photos of anyone else, of anyone under 18, or anything explicit, violent or illegal.

3. What you get

You upload a selfie (and optionally an outfit photo) and answer a few questions. We give you a free preview: your face shape and one first step. For a one-time payment you unlock the full plan: haircut and barber script, grooming, a skincare routine with product picks, a fit check and a 30-day checklist. After you pay, you get a private link that opens your plan for 12 months.

Plans are written by an AI system using your photos and answers. AI can be wrong. Face shape, hair and skin readings are estimates from a single photo, and lighting, angle and photo quality affect the result. Use your own judgment.

4. Not medical advice

The service gives general style, grooming and skincare suggestions. It is not medical or dermatological advice, diagnosis or treatment. Patch-test new skincare products, follow product labels, and see a doctor or dermatologist for any skin condition, allergy or concern. See the full disclaimer.

5. Payment and refunds

• The full plan costs the price shown before checkout (currently $14.99), charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number.
• All sales are final. The only exception is a technical problem on our side, such as your plan failing to generate after you paid; then we'll regenerate it or refund you. See the refund policy.

6. Your photos and content

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited permission to process them only to create your plan, as described in the privacy policy. We don't store your photos, publish them, or use them to train AI.

7. Product links

Plans may suggest products sold by other companies, with links to their stores. We don't make or sell those products, and prices, ratings and availability can change.

8. Ours, not to copy

The service, including its design, text, code, AI instructions, plan formats, product selections and branding, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your plan is for your own personal use. You may not:

• copy, resell, republish or redistribute the service, its plans or its content;
• scrape, crawl or harvest the service or its content with bots, scripts or other automated tools;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, AI instructions, product data or other non-public parts of the service;
• call our servers outside the website, get around the payment, rate limits or bot checks, or share your private plan link publicly;
• use our content, code or outputs to build or train a competing product.

We may take action, including legal action and takedown requests, against anyone who copies the service.

9. Fair use

We limit how many plans can be made in a short time, and we may limit, suspend or block access if we see abuse, automated traffic, fraud, or anything that breaks these terms.

10. No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise any particular result, that the AI is accurate, or that the service will always be available or error-free. Results vary from person to person.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any reaction to a product, haircut or routine you choose to try. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Your responsibility

You agree to cover any claims caused by your breaking these terms or uploading photos you didn't have the right to upload.

13. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first at support@theframefix.com and we'll try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, or in small claims court where eligible.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to a purchase you already made.
